Why Gluten friendly and not gluten free? We have learned that we cannot say that something is officially gluten free when they are prepared in a kitchen that also prepares items with gluten. What we can say is gluten friendly which means we will prepare gluten friendly items with clean, sanitized kitchenware & equipment using gluten free ingredients with a fresh pair of gloves & a clean surface.
Gluten friendly items will be packaged separately from the other items to avoid cross contamination.
